When Webull expanded its presence in the heart of Wall Street, the company needed more than office furniture—it needed a workplace that reflected its innovative culture and rapid growth.

BE Furniture was selected to deliver a complete office environment solution, providing workplace strategy, interior design, project coordination, technology integration, and furniture installation. Working closely with Webull’s leadership team, we transformed an 18,000-square-foot space into a dynamic headquarters designed to support more than 100 employees.

The vision was to create a flexible, collaborative workplace that moved beyond the traditional office model. Inspired by modern design and natural elements, the space features open collaboration areas, vibrant finishes, biophilic touches, and thoughtfully planned workspaces that support productivity and teamwork.

Through strategic planning and seamless project management, BE Furniture coordinated complex infrastructure, technology, and construction requirements while maintaining the overall design vision. The finished headquarters includes custom-designed elements such as a 20-foot conference table, integrated audiovisual technology, acoustic solutions, commissioned artwork, live green walls, height-adjustable workstations, and employee-focused amenities.
