BE Furniture partnered with the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation to deliver a complete office transformation that reflects the organization’s longstanding commitment to the arts, education, and social progress throughout New Jersey. The design approach centered on creating an environment that embodies the Foundation’s values of community, creativity, and forward-thinking collaboration.

Upon entering the space, visitors are welcomed by a reimagined entranceway and reception area that sets a warm and inviting tone. Architectural walls, custom acoustic solutions, and distinctive ceiling and lighting features were incorporated to establish a cohesive aesthetic that aligns with the Foundation’s identity.

Key features of the redesigned workspace include collaborative lounge areas designed to encourage connection and idea-sharing, private offices outfitted with architectural walls for focused work, and bespoke lighting elements that elevate both function and atmosphere. The interior blends modern and traditional design elements, honoring the Foundation’s legacy while supporting its vision for the future.

This project represents more than a functional office buildout—it is a thoughtfully crafted environment that supports the mission, culture, and continued impact of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation.
