The goal of this project was to transform an existing floor plan into a highly collaborative meeting environment while seamlessly integrating virtual meeting technology. The space needed to ensure that every participant had clear sightlines to presentation and conferencing tools while maintaining the warm, interactive atmosphere the client envisioned.

To achieve this, BE Furniture incorporated custom-sized and custom-shaped tables that optimized visibility and encouraged collaboration. Flexible seating solutions, including stools, lounge seating, and ottomans, were strategically added to increase capacity and provide a variety of seating options for different meeting styles.

Working closely with the design firm and graphics team, we developed custom wall graphics and incorporated decorative wall coverings throughout the space. These elements not only brought energy and personality to the environment but also enhanced acoustic performance, creating a more comfortable and effective meeting experience.

The result is a dynamic, technology-enabled space that supports collaboration, communication, and engagement. The client was extremely pleased with the outcome, and the success of the design has led to the concept being replicated across multiple locations.
